We rented a small car for 3 days. Everything worked out wonderfully. The car was brought to us at the hotel. Handover was super punctual, everything was explained properly. Telephone number exchanged so that we can be contacted straight away if there are any problems. So we were very satisfied.
Car was a Toyota Hilux DoubleCab, 43000km. The car is simply great. Rental on time at the hotel, return 15 minutes late with WA announcement!!! at the hotel. Contrary to some bad statements, a very good experience with Tempara Car Rentals
Friendly staff, good mediation, fair prices. When I forgot my expensive glasses in the glove compartment while island hopping Seychelles on the first island, they arranged for me to collect them at the airport before departure!
I had rented maki’s hyundai i10 on mauritius for great price and it was delivered at the airport with slight delay though but apart of that everything was absolutely fine and no extra hassle. thanks
Excellent experience with Tempara (To Naivasha) from initial booking through to delivery and return. I was particularly impressed by their communication and flexibility – due to an airline change I needed to amend the Maki booking, which they processed rapidly and gave an immediate refund for a shorter hire period.
We were very satisfied with the organization of picking up the car at the airport and dropping it off at the ferry in Mahé. There were no problems and the car served our purpose. I definitely recommend it!
